Four people in one room can't discuss two separate topics. Group work in a class, parallel sessions in a workshop, a separate conversation in an interview — all of them need participants to be able to split up.
You say how many rooms you want and participants are distributed in turn. No need to assign them one by one.
Moving into a breakout room is instant. Camera permission isn't asked again and the connection isn't rebuilt from scratch.
You see live who's in which room and join any of them with one click. When you're done you return to the main room.
