Remote teams

The weekly meeting link never changes. Board, polls and file sharing live inside the call — no separate tool subscription.

Remote teams

The meeting ends but the decision doesn't

You're talking, then someone says "let's draw this on a board" — another tool. "Let's vote" — another tool. "Let me send that file" — another tool. Each with its own link, its own login, its own subscription. A meeting that should take thirty minutes takes fifty, and the decision is still put off.

How we solve it

Here's how it works in Orbimeet

Fixed room code

The weekly meeting link doesn't change. You add it to the calendar once and everyone joins the same place each week. The "what was the link again?" message stops.

Permanent room

Takvim daveti

You schedule the meeting, download the .ics file and send it to the team. Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar — they all read it.

Meeting scheduling

Screen sharing, audio included

When you run a demo the video's audio reaches the other side too. Your own voice isn't cut off; the two flow together.

Screen sharing

Settle the decision with a poll

If the discussion drags on, put it to a vote. The results stay hidden until voting closes, so nobody votes by watching someone else.

Polls

Send a file without leaving it on a server

You share files during the meeting. The file isn't stored on our server; it goes straight to the other side.

How the weekly sync goes

Takvimden gir

The link is the same every week. The calendar reminder arrives and you click it.

Share screen

You show the sprint board or the design and run a demo with audio.

Draw on the board

If an architecture debate comes up you open the board and draw it together.

Oyla

If you're torn between two options, a poll settles it.

Notu dosya olarak at

You drop the decision summary into chat and everyone downloads it.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Our team is 8 people — will that work?

A meeting holds four people at most. Orbimeet isn't right for an eight-person team meeting — we'd rather say so up front.

Can I record the meeting and send it to those who couldn't attend?

Yes. The recording downloads to your computer and you share it as you like. But you must tell the people in the meeting that you're recording.

If your server goes down, do we lose our meeting?

If the server restarts mid-call the connection drops, but the app reconnects by itself and returns to the room. Your rooms and your account sit in the database and aren't lost.

Can we connect from behind our corporate network?

On most networks, yes. For corporate networks with strict firewalls a TURN server is in place — it's configured automatically during setup.
