Subscriber: the user who creates an account and purchases a paid plan.
These terms govern the rights and obligations relating to the sale of the monthly subscription you select through Orbimeet. Prices are shown on the site in US dollars (USD).
Payment is taken by the international payment institution Stripe infrastructure, by credit or debit card. The subscription activates once payment is confirmed and renews automatically each month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period and the next renewal is not charged. Given the digital nature of the service, no refund is made for a period already used. In cases such as an accidental double charge, if you write to destek@orbimeet.com a refund will be considered within a reasonable time.
The service is delivered electronically and immediately after payment confirmation; there is no physical delivery.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) (Ajman Free Zone); the competent authorities of Ajman have jurisdiction over disputes.
